  3. Return Timeframe: The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Refund Process

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Turnaround Time

  1. Processing Time: If your refund is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  2. Credit to Your Account: The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@goshopstore.net.
